Operations Manager @ NES Fircroft | Technical Recruiting, Personnel Management Business Developer – Airport Operational Systems - LATAM Region Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Expansion Identify and pursue new business opportunities in airport projects globally. Develop strategic partnerships with airport authorities, integrators, and consultants. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes. Prepare and present value propositions for complex systems integration projects. Lead tender processes and ensure compliance with ICAO, IATA, NFPA, and local regulations. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecasts. Technical & Strategic Consulting Understand client requirements for AODB, RMS, FIDS, and other operational systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to design integrated telecom and security solutions. Ensure solutions meet standards for LAN/WAN networks, fiber optics, VoIP, CCTV, ACS, biometrics. Networking & Representation Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and regulatory forums. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development within airport or critical infrastructure projects. Proven track record in managing complex bids and international tenders. Skills: Strong knowledge of airport operational systems and telecom/security technologies. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Strategic thinking and market analysis. Relationship building and stakeholder management. Technical understanding of integrated systems. Results-driven and proactive approach.
