Human Resources C&B Specialist Keiper Seating Mechanisms Co., Ltd.•Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Descripción del trabajo El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en todas las áreas relacionadas con recursos humanos, especialmente en la gestión de recursos humanos en planta, con amplia experiencia en relaciones laborales, capacitación, nómina y gestión de procesos.

Responsabilidades

Organizar, implementar y coordinar el reclutamiento de personal de planta. Ser conocedor de los procesos de relaciones laborales en plantas de fabricación, particularmente en el manejo de conflictos y quejas de empleados. Gestionar la administración de oficina, incluyendo comedor, limpieza, transporte con autobús, estacionamiento, gestión de arrendamientos, recepción de visitantes y otros servicios relacionados con los empleados. Desarrollar estrategias de comunicación con los empleados para fomentar una comunicación eficaz entre el personal y la gerencia y promover una cultura corporativa positiva.

Ayudar con auditorías internas de RRHH. Gestionar incidentes de personal, preparar nómina previa y nómina, garantizando el cumplimiento de los impuestos y regulaciones laborales. Gestionar programas de incentivos y beneficios, incluyendo ajustes de seguro médico importante. Diseñar y supervisar políticas compensatorias y beneficios competitivos que reconozcan las contribuciones de los empleados.

Analizar métricas de RRHH y preparar informes de KPI. Calificaciones Más de 5 años de experiencia en RRHH, con habilidades en nómina, relaciones laborales y procesos sindicales; se prefiere experiencia en manufactura. Fuerte capacidad de organización, comunicación y resolución de conflictos. Proficiencia en inglés escrito y hablado.
