Smith+Neb seeks a dedicated Salesforce Developer to empower our business operations team. You will be responsible for creating custom software applications on the Salesforce platform that meet our specific requirements for client management and other daily operations. You will also integrate Salesforce with existing systems, ensuring data accuracy and security and providing technical support whenever required. What will you be doing? Strong hands‑on experience in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Workflow & Approvals, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Dashboards, Reports, Custom Objects, Batch Apex, Lightning Components. Creating custom solutions by designing and developing Salesforce applications. Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Support, maintain and improve the functionality of existing Salesforce applications. Create and maintain integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs. Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement system improvements. Ensure compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce. Analyze artifacts for deployment based on Sprint releases, translating them into deployable bundles using Salesforce toolsets. Collaborate with teams and support emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. Coordinate Salesforce release activities and end‑to‑end deployment planning with cross‑functional teams. Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies. Create technical documentation such as user guides, release notes, and design documents. Collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions with technical teams. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications. Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance existing implementations. What will you need to be successful? Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology. 4–6 years of demonstrable experience in Salesforce software development. Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Lightning framework and Sales/Service Cloud. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and other Salesforce development technologies. Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields. You. Unlimited.
