Process Engineer

Job Description: This position is responsible for the design and installation of projects. Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for deploying his/her engineering know-how to successfully execute and deliver projects to the business that provide a competitive advantage. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines would be required Relevant 5+ year experience in closely related industry would be required Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills What will be your key responsibilities? Monitors planning & status from all functional pillars towards workstream objectives Maintains helicopter perspective and monitors workstream progression First point of contact on site - and often physically present on site & shopfloor Owns and plan resources required for successful project progress and seamless execution. Is flexible in mobilising extra resources or re-arranging existing ones when issues are identified. Requires and obtain all relevant information about new technologies in process and/or packing part of our business, analyze them and coordinates all activities to achieve agreement about new technologies implementation for project. Guarantee future retrofit when agreed for specific technology. Supports engineering solutions for process and/or packing areas, develops material flow study and operational procedures. Integrates new line with existing manufacturing facilities. Propose scheduling principles and operation model for start up and regular production. Develop production flow modeling for new line and possible interactions. Prepare and present progress reports according to communication plan Actively participates on project leadership meetings, cooperates with other WSL in the team and takes responsibility for whole project execution. Attends and contributes to all assigned meetings identified by project leadership team. Follow all GMP/GHP rules and require the same from other associetes and contractors.
