Company Description We are a rapidly growing full service residential property management company focused on providing our clients with stress-free property management services. We are based out of Coral Springs Florida. Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Maintenance Coordinator for a residential property management company based in Coral Springs, FL. The Maintenance Coordinator will oversee and manage daily maintenance operations, including scheduling and supervising repairs, conducting preventive maintenance activities, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The role involves ensuring the properties we manage are being properly maintained, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The Maintenance Coordinator will also support the team by providing guidance and leadership to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Knowledge in Property Maintenance and skills in identifying and resolving maintenance-related issues Strong understanding of Preventive Maintenance practices and their implementation Experience in Maintenance Management, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance programs Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate maintenance teams effectively Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance standards Prior experience in property management or a related field is required Fluency in English and Spanish Pay: US $8 - $10/hour depending on experience Hours: 10-15 Hours / Week with future growth to Full Time APPLICATION MUST BE IN ENGLISH
