The position and your daily adventures This is a full‑time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2‑3 times per week. What you can expect As an Influencer Associate, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to execute innovative influencer campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, ensuring smooth communication, campaign alignment, and performance tracking. This is a key opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in influencer marketing within a fast‑paced fintech environment. What we are looking for Relationship & Talent Management Manage day‑to‑day communication with influencers, ensuring consistent, clear, and professional engagement. Nurture long‑term relationships by understanding influencer needs and aligning them with Klar’s goals. Independently manage small portfolios of influencers, handling logistics, deliverables, and support needs. Strategic Campaign Thinking Ensure influencer expectations are aligned with campaign requirements and messaging goals. Contribute to campaign briefs with a focus on creative and strategic alignment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer content supports broader marketing initiatives. Analytical Skills & ROI Mindset Monitor influencer performance across platforms and campaigns, identifying high and low performers. Flag early signs of disengagement or underperformance, and suggest data‑informed next steps. Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) to assess and report on ROI. Brand and Regulatory Awareness Ensure all influencer content complies with Klar’s brand guidelines and tone of voice. Stay up to date with relevant advertising regulations and disclosure standards. Review and flag content that may pose brand, legal, or reputational risks. Who are you A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously. Passionate about influencer marketing, digital trends, and the fintech space. Comfortable with data, KPIs, and using insights to optimize campaign performance. Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast‑paced team environment. Advanced English level.
