They are seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager to lead and optimize their Intake Team, overseeing the client acquisition process from initial inquiry through consultation and retention. This role focuses on driving conversion performance, coaching team members, and ensuring a seamless client experience.Job HighlightsMonthly Rate: USD 1955Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hoursSchedule: Monday to Friday (leads a 24/7 intake team; requires 1–2 monthly check‑ins for quality checks and training)Work Arrangement: Work from homeSide Note:Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the intake sales team to ensure timely and effective handling of new leads and consultationsDevelop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall client experienceProvide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to intake specialists and consulting attorneysConduct training sessions to strengthen consultative selling and client communication skillsAnalyze intake performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for leadershipCollaborate with operations, marketing, and legal teams to align lead generation, intake workflows, and case onboardingIdentify workflow gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and conversion outcomesMaintain and optimize intake scripts, communication templates, and CRM processesFoster a positive, professional, and results-driven team cultureParticipate in management meetings to align intake operations with business goalsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Law, or a related fieldFully bilingual in English and Spanish1–3 years of management experience leading intake or sales teamsPrevious law firm or legal industry experience is preferredProven ability to improve sales or conversion results using data‑driven strategiesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environmentProficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital communication platformsCandidates must be based in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or other Spanish‑speaking countriesPermanent Work from HomeImmediate HiringSteady freelance jobReminderApply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
