Forvis Mazars is hiring a Senior Transaction Services Professional – Mexico City (LatAm focus) At Forvis Mazars Mexico, we are expanding our Transaction Services practice and seeking a motivated Senior professional to join our team in Mexico, one of the fastest-growing hubs for M&A and cross-border deals in LatAM. if you are based in the region and open to relocating to Mexico City, this is a unique opportunity to advance your career with a global consulting firm. Responsibilities Analyze financial performance and operational results of target companies. Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and identify key diligence issues and value drivers. Evaluate financial trends, normalize EBITDA, and identify post-transaction risks or synergies. Lead client meetings and support executive discussions. and LatAm to deliver cross-border projects. Build robust financial models for analysis and valuation. Supervise and mentor junior team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. ~5+ years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A advisory, or financial due diligence (consulting). ~ Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling. ~ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment. ~ English Proficient. ~ Immediate incorporation into a multinational firm with a consolidated presence in audit, tax, advisory, and transaction services.
