Make your mark in our Distribution Team We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. As our Agency Engagement Director you will manage the national segment team in CDMX and drive outsized profitable growth within our national brokers across the country. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague, empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG. How you will create an impact Setting strategic direction, evaluating tactical distribution situations and formulating plans across our brokers. Leveraging our internal capabilities to provide solutions throughout our broker partnerships across the business and strengthening our value proposition. Leading relationship and execution of consumer and commercial strategies for national producers and aligning with local agreements to deliver increased retention and new business production. Developing and executing best practices with Product Lines and other stakeholders. What youll need to succeed Proven experience leading brokers/agents client‑facing teams and ability to meet industry market needs. Ability to operate within a fast‑paced industry and adapt to change in a demanding commercial environment. Project management skills required to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insight and ideas into actionable, results‑oriented strategies with producers/sponsors, recognizing opportunities for optimization throughout the process and implementing changes as needed. Ability to assess the needs of brokers and client base and turn those needs into winning client acquisition and retention strategies. Ready to take your career to the next level?
