Experiencia en entornos SSC/GBS liderando procesos de HR Operations.Conocimiento de leyes laborales, nómina y beneficios en Norteamérica.Sobre nuestro clienteNuestro cliente es una gran organización dentro del sector industrial/manufacturero que busca optimizar sus procesos internos de Recursos Humanos.DescripciónLiderar las operaciones de Recursos Humanos dentro del entorno de Global Business Services (GBS).Garantizar el cumplimiento de leyes laborales, nómina y beneficios en Estados Unidos, Canadá y México.Colaborar con equipos regionales para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos del área.Gestionar proyectos orientados a la optimización de procesos de Recursos Humanos.Analizar e informar los principales indicadores del área a la dirección.Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas laborales y políticas internas.Fomentar una cultura de mejora continua en el equipo de Recursos Humanos.Actuar como punto de contacto principal para los temas operativos del área.Dominar sistemas HRIS y plataformas de nómina.Perfil buscadoEl/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:Licenciatura en Administración, Recursos Humanos o carrera afín.Experiencia previa en operaciones de Recursos Humanos dentro del sector industrial/manufacturero.Conocimiento avanzado de normatividad laboral en México.Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas para la gestión de Recursos Humanos.Inglés avanzado.Qué OfrecemosSalario competitivo.Prestaciones superiores a las de ley. #J-18808-Ljbffr
