We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue & Billing Operations Specialist to support our business and operations teams. This role focuses on billing accuracy, payment processing, expense control, and operational compliance across our vacation rental portfolio.You will work closely with internal teams to ensure revenue is collected correctly, vendors are paid on time, and all financial operations follow established SOPs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage revenue billing using platforms such as Stripe and Property Management Systems (PMS)Handle property management client billing accurately and on scheduleEnsure SOP compliance across:Revenue collectionExpense trackingSupply and maintenance chargesTrack and manage affiliate, vendor, and partner paymentsReview and follow internal SOPs related to vendor fulfillmentMonitor and track commission paymentsManage contractor payroll and payment schedulesReview, verify, and process vendor invoicesSupport revenue-to-cash reconciliation and reportingCoordinate with operations, finance, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy and complianceIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience in billing, payments, finance operations, or business operationsStrong attention to detail and process disciplineComfortable working with payment systems, PMS tools, and spreadsheetsAble to collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teamsExperience in vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, or real estate is a strong plusSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
