Human Resources Specialist - focus on Data Analytics Join to apply for the Human Resources Specialist - focus on Data Analytics role at Hilti Latin America Are you passionate about people’s engagement and analytics? As an HR Specialist in Mexico, you will turn insights into action and help us shape a better workplace. This role leads and delivers HR programs that enhance employee experience, strengthen talent capabilities, and align initiatives with business growth and customer value. The position covers Hilti employees and management groups across Mexico. What You'll Do Workforce Analytics & Insights: Use data to optimize talent strategies and business performance. Develop reports and dashboards, including a Power BI solution for Mexico, to provide real‑time workforce visibility. Internal Communication: Design and execute annual communication plans that connect employees to business priorities and culture. Manage channels, editorial calendars, town halls, and engagement surveys. Engagement Programs: Execute and implement initiatives and recognition programs to foster collaboration and customer‑focused behaviors. Learning & Development: Identify capability gaps with HRBPs, manage training programs, budgets, and vendor relationships to build skills that impact operational excellence. Onboarding & Internship Programs: Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences and manage the full internship lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities. DEI & Employee Resource Groups: Develop and implement DEI strategies, coordinate campaigns, and support ERGs to promote an inclusive, innovative culture. Well‑being & Benefits: Oversee Gympass benefit, uniform distribution, and related engagement activities. Event Management: Collaborate to execute major events such as Kick‑Off celebrations, Long Service Awards, and annual holiday gatherings.
