Our client is working in partnership with a globally recognised company within energy storage who is currently expanding due to market demand. We’re looking to hire a person who would support service requests, administrate warranty claims, and respond to them quickly and professionally. In addition, one of the main responsibilities in this role is ensuring that necessary corrective actions resulting from warranty claims and agreement deliveries are taken in a timely fashion. Ensuring safety and following the warranty policy is also an important part of this role.Main responsibilitiesEnsure that correct warranty data is present in the SAP project builder on the WBS level and see to it that all internal stakeholders maintain the data on their responsibility level.Foster customer satisfaction in all activities and promote / adhere to QEHSEnsure that accurate reporting, including agreement and warranty cost management (provision calculations / estimates), is done on time and in the agreed way.Secure / initiate that the reclaiming of local and global vendors is done properly by collaborating with the Product Quality Team (Non-Conformity) and that vendor warranty credits are booked to the warranty work number in question.Harmonize the utilization of the service network to increase the usage of local resources in accordance with guidelines.Close the warranty period with the Agreement Manager towards the customer.Support the product‑responsible team in the preparation and handling of settlement meetings with the vendors / suppliersBuild and ensure a good and professional relation between the customer and internal stakeholders by fulfilling the contractual obligations.Secure feedback and internal reporting to all involved stakeholders.Minimise agreement and warranty costs for internally and customers.Support and suggest any improvements needed on the operative agreement and warranty handling process within the geographical region.Monitor and engage with daily agreement management and warranty handling activities, to lead and act when needed.Preferred but not essentialPrevious working experience in field service, warranty or relevant experienceGood communication skills and understanding of the importance of customer relationsCost‑effectiveness thinking and financial knowledgeEfficient presentation and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFluent English language skills, both verbal and writtenCulture KnowledgeLocal labour lawsOpExSOrganising skillsProfessional SkillsExpertise in ESS knowledge, ESS Electrical systems and ESS Control Systems an advantageExperience in Technical analysis, Measurement, Reporting and Auxiliary Systems as advantageUnderstanding of material knowledge and documentationService and maintenance managementService general competencies #J-18808-Ljbffr
