An opportunity for an experienced finance leader with excellent collaboration skills, a bias for action and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. This is a significant role with end to end finance responsibility for LEGO Americas Manufacturing. We seek an experienced individual who has demonstrated the ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. The position will play a vital role in the following areas : Partner with the GM and leadership team to drive operational excellence incl continuous improvement and secure compliant operations Partner with one of the three Global Technology Wheels and lead one of the three Technology Finance Network to drive continuous improvement across the LEGO Group manufacturing sites. Drive the local execution of the core financial processes, reporting and performance management. Lead, inspire and develop the finance team (4 finance business partners) to deliver on the company and business priorities Partner with the relevant CFO Organisation teams (locally and globally) to ensure strong collaboration to deliver on the operational tasks of the business, legal entity governance and ensuring relevant controls are in place This is a unique position that requires you to have a high level of integrity, build an end to end understanding of the company, and be a lighthouse for the finance partnering at the LEGO Group. You should also possess a collaborative mind-set and be a positive challenger in your partnering role combined with great communication skills. Key qualifications for you to be successful in the role : Strong professional toolbox developed through 10+ years of finance experience with significant part of this in the capacity of finance business partnering Experience into manufacturing and supply chain processes Experience in driving legal entity stewardship and compliance Superb skills in continuous improvement and relationship-building Experience in leading, inspiring and developing individuals and teams Ability to work with ambiguity as many aspects of the role need to be global in scope but local in execution Ability to understand business needs and put relevant interventions / tools / processes to play in a value adding way Natural leadership abilities, with proven sound judgment, superior critical thinking and decision-making skills What's in it for you?
