What You’ll Be Doing Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound calls with a consistent flow. Continual expansion and development of the customer database, strengthening loyalty and relationships. Respond promptly to potential client inquiries and follow up to close the sale. Maintain contact details and documentation of customer correspondence in the CRM system (Salesforce). What We’re Looking For Previous inside sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. We value transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Persistent, resilient, and eager to close sales and grow market share. Our industry is dynamic, so adaptability and a growth mindset are crucial. Understand that every client is unique and their needs may vary; approach each interaction with empathy and respect.
