Overview:We are seeking a Business Unit Director to lead a dynamic and fast-growing financial operation in the US. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a solid background in operations and financial products. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring efficiency, and aligning business activities with overall company goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage business unit operations to achieve strategic targets.Develop and implement business strategies to improve productivity and profitability.Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with headquarters.Oversee compliance, quality, and operational excellence.Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders and attend periodic meetings in the U.S.Manage cross-border communication and ensure fluent English delivery.Identify opportunities for process innovation and implement performance KPIs.Represent the company in client and partner interactions when needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.8+ years of leadership experience in operations, financial services, or related industries.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and financial performance.Starting salary range from: 80,000 pesos per month (gross)Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in English.Experience with financial products or fintech operations is highly desirable.Demonstrated success in cross-border or U.S corporate environments.Willing to travel to the U.S. as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
