Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Resumen**Buscamos un Director de Unidad de Negocio para liderar una operación financiera dinámica y de rápido crecimiento en EE. UU. Este puesto de liderazgo requiere una persona con visión estratégica y una sólida experiência en operaciones y productos financieros. Será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento, garantizar la eficiencia y alinear las actividades comerciales con los objetivos generales de la compañía.**Responsabilidades Clave**:- Liderar y gestionar las operaciones de la unidad de negocio para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos.- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para mejorar la productividad y la rentabilidad.- Impulsar la planificación financiera, la previsión y la elaboración de informes en sintonía con la sede central.- Supervisar el cumplimiento normativo, la calidad y la excelencia operativa.- Formar, liderar y desarrollar equipos de alto rendimiento.- Colaborar con las partes interesadas en EE. UU. y asistir a reuniones periódicas en EE. UU.- Gestionar la comunicación transfronteriza y garantizar un dominio fluido del inglés.- Identificar oportunidades de innovación de procesos e implementar KPI de rendimiento.- Representar a la empresa en las interacciones con clientes y socios cuando sea necesario.Experiência y requisitos**Requisitos**- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o un campo relacionado. Se prefiere maestría.- Más de 8 años de experiência en liderazgo en operaciones, servicios financieros o sectores relacionados.- Capacidad demostrada para gestionar equipos multifuncionales y el rendimiento financiero.- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y negociación, especialmente en inglés.- Se valorará la experiência con productos financieros u operaciones fintech.- Éxito demostrado en entornos corporativos transfronterizos o estadounidenses.- Disponibilidad para viajar a EE.
