This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will be pivotal in representing the company in the SoPac region, focusing on retail performance across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. Your mission will involve leading a dedicated team while collaborating with internal and external partners to uncover new opportunities and build upon existing market successes. Accountabilities Directly manage and lead field sales team in the SoPac Market Lead, mentor and develop a high-level field sales team to ensure KPIs are hit each quarter Navigate task conflict and provide feedback to the team Set monthly priorities and goals for the team to execute against and track accountability Set and build out field strategy for the SoPac Market Manage partnerships with internal sales teams and distributor partners Execute a monthly volume and distribution plan to achieve overall objectives Translate national business strategy into actionable regional plans Engage with retailers to build relationships and optimize shelf placements Conduct regular analysis of market performance to inform strategy Requirements 5-8 years of experience in sales within a consumer-packaged goods company (beverage preferred) 1+ year preferred experience in people leadership, leading a field sales team Experience in the natural and conventional retail channels with CPG selling background Established relationships with key retail accounts and brokers Ability to identify opportunities and work autonomously Resourcefulness and innovative problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation skills Proficient in data tools and trade math Ability to manage a 50%+ travel schedule Benefits Competitive salary range of $90-110k plus bonus Flexible working hours and fully remote work environment Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunities for personal and professional growth A chance to impact consumer health positively Access to health and wellness programs Participation in company events and off‑sites Work with a passionate and mission‑driven team Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance Why Apply Through Jobgether?
