Your MissionAs part of the Ocean Freight Pricing team, you will play a key role in our commercial and operational success: Monitor and update maritime market rates (import & export) Handle quote requests from the sales team with fast and competitive response times Negotiate competitive import rates with international agents Negotiate export contracts with shipping lines Prospect and develop relationships with new global agents to expand our network Collaborate closely with the technology team to optimize pricing and automation processes Must-Have Requirements2–5 years of experience in international maritime trade within a freight forwarder Proven experience handling: FCL (Full Container Load) LCL (Less than Container Load) Experience with: Project cargo, Refrigerated (Reefer) cargo and Dangerous Goods (DG) Fluent English (spoken and written) Strong negotiation skills Demonstrated experience negotiating with: International agents Shipping lines Advanced computing skills: macOS, Google Workspace, Excel and Python / SQL is a strong plus Why Join Us?Dynamic and collaborative environment with a young, driven team Tech- and data-first culture that values innovation Real opportunity for professional growth in a rapidly transforming industry Direct exposure to global markets, carriers, and agent networks
