Unlike traditional forwarders, we leverage advanced analytics, automation, and smart pricing tools to optimize processes and deliver faster, more efficient solutions.Our team is made up of young, highly motivated professionals with an innovative mindset and a strong focus on growth and continuous improvement.Your MissionAs part of the Ocean Freight Pricing team, you will play a key role in our commercial and operational success:Monitor and update maritime market rates (import & export)Handle quote requests from the sales team with fast and competitive response timesNegotiate competitive import rates with international agentsNegotiate export contracts with shipping linesProspect and develop relationships with new global agents to expand our networkCollaborate closely with the technology team to optimize pricing and automation processesMust-Have Requirements2–5 years of experience in international maritime trade within a freight forwarderProven experience handling:FCL (Full Container Load)LCL (Less than Container Load)Experience with: Project cargo, Refrigerated (Reefer) cargo and Dangerous Goods (DG)Fluent English (spoken and written)Strong negotiation skillsDemonstrated experience negotiating with:International agentsShipping linesAdvanced computing skills: macOS, Google Workspace, Excel and Python / SQL is a strong plusWhy Join Us?Dynamic and collaborative environment with a young, driven teamTech- and data-first culture that values innovationReal opportunity for professional growth in a rapidly transforming industryDirect exposure to global markets, carriers, and agent networks
