Finance Director, AmericasMexico City, MexicoLocation: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid)We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our rapidly growing team.From Denmark to China, Vietnam to Mexico, we employ over 800 talented and dedicated people.Established in , LEMAN is a forward‑thinking, value‑driven, and people‑centric organization.We endeavor to lead a culture of quality and collaboration, where everyone feels empowered to be their best.Every day, we help companies and people all over the world by delivering high‑quality logistics and transport solutions.We always strive to uphold our values in our approach to customers, colleagues, our surroundings, and the environment.We provide supply chain and transport solutions, and we offer our services in 150+ countries through our own offices and a network of close partners.Our approach is personalized customer care.We don't create standard products but focus on individual needs and solutions.With more than 800 dedicated LEMAN colleagues worldwide, we are large enough to deliver high‑quality global supply chain solutions while remaining small enough to care about each and every one of our customers.Position OverviewStrategic and hands‑on Finance Director, Americas to lead the financial operations across the U.S. and Mexico.Driving financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the region.The Finance Director will report directly to the Group CFO and serve as a key member of the Americas Leadership Team with a dotted line to CEO Americas.In addition to standard Finance Director responsibilities, this role will act as a day‑to‑day strategic sparring partner to the CEO Americas, helping shape and challenge the regional agenda.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial LeadershipLead financial management for the Americas region, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.Drive business performance through robust financial analysis, cost optimization, and working capital management.Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Oversee regional tax strategy, treasury, and risk management in coordination with Group functions and Group Shared Service Center.Strategic PartneringServe as a trusted advisor and daily sparring partner to the CEO Americas.Execute regional strategy aligned with the Group's vision and financial goals.Collaborate closely with commercial and operations leaders to drive cross‑functional alignment and decision‑making.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead the local finance team across the U.S. and Mexico.Promote integration and consistency of financial practices and systems across the region in line with Group accounting principles.Represent the Americas region in Group‑level finance forums.Ensure good cooperation with the Shared Service Center performing the accounting (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management and Master Data) for Americas.Governance & ComplianceEnsure strong financial controls, compliance with local laws and Group standards, and ethical conduct throughout financial operations.Key point of contact for auditors, banks, and tax authorities within the region.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor or master's degree in finance, accounting, or similar.Minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience from CFO / Finance Director or similar roles within a multinational group preferable within the transport / logistic industry.Proven track record across preferable with experience both from U.S. and Mexico, with deep understanding of regulatory, tax, and financial landscapes in both markets.Experience working closely with CEOs or general managers in a strategic business partnering capacity.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Key CompetenciesStrategic and commercial mindsetSolid financial toolbox and analytical thinkingCollaborative leadership styleHigh integrity, sound judgment and hand‑onBilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferredExperience with CargoWise is considered a plus.What we offerSabbatical : Need a break from the daily grind?We offer sabbatical opportunities to take extended time off to recharge, explore your passions, and come back to work feeling refreshed and inspired.Investment in Professional Development : We're committed to helping our people grow and reach their full potential.Global Travel Opportunities : We're a global organization with offices around the world, which means that there are plenty of opportunities to travel and experience new cultures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
