Responsibilities Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. Acts as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. Focuses on delivering top talent for hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. Stays abreast of industry and market information or trends that could impact the search. Mentors Recruiters as well as other team members. Demonstrates innovation and outside-of-the-box thinking with search techniques. Manages end-to-end recruitment from job scope discussions to offers. Builds and deploys recruitment marketing campaigns; sources candidates via resume databases, networking sites, social media, and deep web sourcing. Generates targeted lists of passive candidates and solicits referrals. Uses mobile and email campaigning tools to engage talent communities; employs a mix of media to connect with candidates. Prepares candidates for interviews, provides logistics, schedules, attire guidance, and follow-up expectations. Keeps candidates updated on application status and maintains engagement throughout the process. Conducts professional interviews with role-specific questions and gathers information to assess fit. Reviews candidate notes and assessments against requisition specifications to determine fit. Issues skills testing as needed and evaluates results; reviews background and references when applicable. Maintains strong communication with hiring managers about market changes and candidate status. Articulates job offers and drives candidate acceptance; partners with the hiring manager to ensure offer acceptance. Adheres to all regulations and compliance standards, including OFCCP where applicable. Strives to deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition and provide accurate recruiting activity reporting. Identifies potential difficulties in searches and collaborates with leadership and hiring managers to find solutions. Proactively communicates the status of each search to the hiring manager. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered. Experience: Minimum of five or more years' results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting. Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise. Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies. Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.
