Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for rental markets including concerts, live events, and broadcast productions. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, rental partners, and system integrators across Mexico. Provide technical support to local partners in closing deals and delivering customized AV solutions. Coordinate with headquarters for quotations, project support, and product customization. Lead local marketing initiatives including trade shows, product demonstrations, and technical workshops. Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's degree; Engineering degree preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience with AV / LED. Ability to relate to, and effectively communicate professionally with all levels of resources (Senior Management, colleagues, contingent workers, clients, vendors, etc.). Deep understanding of visual products (LED / LCD / Projector) is preferred. Have working experience in top Rental distributor enterprises or system integrator enterprises or Pro Audio Visual industry. Self-motivated and client-oriented.
