📞 We’re Hiring: Sales Data Operations Specialist 🚀 Location: Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time About the role Our client is a U. S.-based staffing and recruiting firm that partners with U. S. companies to hire professional and executive talent. They support growth through high-quality outbound efforts, strong data discipline, and close collaboration between Business Development and Account Management teams.
They’re looking for a Sales Data Operations Specialist to generate qualified sales meetings through research, precise CRM management, and personalized outbound outreach. This role is critical to maintaining clean HubSpot data, routing opportunities efficiently, and supporting consistent pipeline creation with speed and accuracy. What You’ll Do Research target U. S. companies and stakeholders to build segmented outreach lists Create, enrich, and maintain accurate HubSpot records with strict data hygiene Write personalized email and LinkedIn outreach aligned to approved sequences Monitor inbound replies and route outcomes to the right stakeholders in real time Prepare pre-meeting summaries with context, triggers, and suggested talking points What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, SDR work, or sales research Strong written English with a clear, professional tone Exceptional attention to detail in CRM data accuracy and process adherence Daily comfort working in HubSpot and LinkedIn Independent work habits with the ability to meet daily targets This role offers hands-on exposure to U.
S. B2B sales development in a structured, process-driven recruiting environment. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Managers, build strong outbound and CRM fundamentals, and directly contribute to new business conversations. If you’re detail-oriented, process-driven, and motivated to grow in sales development.
