Job Title: Security Manager (Local) IJob no.: PA2103 Responsibilities Security Controlling and monitoring the security service at the site. Planning the necessary resources and coordinating the relevant activities for ensuring optimum site security Conducting security awareness programs for employees including qualification and further development, as well as controlling the effectiveness of awareness measures Participation in the development and updating of security standards for persons, properties/locations, including structural and technical security measures Development of security processes and tools for identifying location risks and for introducing countermeasures in collaboration with local management Advise, train and support all internal or external staff concerning security issues Preparation of security threat and risk analysis (local level) Preparation and updating of security concepts (administrative, structural-technical) based on existing security requirements and risk factors (local level) Preparation and monitoring of tenders for security services in accordance with corporate processes and policy (evaluate demand, ensure service quality and necessary contractual components) Participation in negotiations on the award of security services and technical installations Execute and support security auditing measures for all real estate controlled by the local organization in accordance with corporate processes and policy Conducting regular security system checks. Continuous monitoring of the quality level of contracted security guard services Develop, support and update operational demands concerning any electronic access control systems relevant to the facility (local level) in accordance with corporate processes and policy Investigate security incidents and compliance matters. Create reports documenting all measures taken and any follow-up actions. Reporting of all relevant theft/losses to Corporate Security Assist the corporate travel security program by ensuring the adherence to corporate policy at the local facility, as well as assisting business travelers to the location concerning local security risks Leadership Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.
