The role will support Customer invoicing Principal Sales Order Specialists and be the point of contact and SME for Sales Order Coordinators.This is a hybrid role working 1 day per week at our AMS Monterrey Office.What you will do:Extracting, validating and consolidating the source data from relevant systems (client and/or AMS systems)Creating sales orders in Decisions (AMS Invoicing Tool) in a timely and accurate manner, by recognizing the contractual terms & invoicing requirementsEntering Sales Orders/invoices values in TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics)Contributing to the proper AMS cash position and to the accurate forecasting processCommunicating with the global account teams (America, UK&I, EMEA, APAC)Collaborating closely with Accounts Receivable, Credit Control & Accounting, including external local accountantsPreparing process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures including MS Visio process maps.Supporting the process of proper & timely recognition of the accrued revenueSupporting Customer invoicing Principal SpecialistsSolving queries and ability to deal with the escalationsContinuous work on improving the process and proposing new solutionsTaking ownership for mid-complexity accountsComplete all allocated operational tasks to a high standardAbility to produce daily and ad-hoc reportingWhat you will bring:Demonstrated experience in invoicing, order-to-cash and partnering effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work seamlessly within global, cross-regional teams spanning multiple time zones.Advanced experience using Excel to analyze data, prioritize tasks and solve complex problems.Behavioral SkillsAttention to Detail – proficiency level 5Quality and Accuracy - proficiency level 5Service Excellence – proficiency level 4Issue Resolution - proficiency level 3Technical SkillsInvoice administration – proficiency level 3Writing standard operating procedures (SOPs) – proficient level 3Tax accounting technical knowledge – proficiency level 3Access Pay and Bill - End User – proficiency level 3OtherHere at AMS, you have the opportunity to work on projects that integrate across our practice areas, supporting and innovating delivery for our clients.
