We are seeking a self‑starting Salesforce Administrator who can take ownership of projects from intake through delivery with minimal oversight. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, understands how Salesforce is used by real business teams, and can translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.The role will be primarily focused on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with opportunities to support Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Commerce Cloud initiatives as the organization continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Salesforce administration work across Sales and Service Cloud, including configuration, automation, and ongoing optimizationExperience with integrations and knowledge of integration patterns, particularly telephony integrationsDesign, build, and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and security model componentsPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver enhancements without heavy hand‑holdingBuild and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales and service teamsSupport case management, Omni‑Channel routing, and chat experiences, ensuring efficient agent workflowsMaintain system data quality through validation, cleanup, and governance best practicesDocument solutions clearly and follow established change management and deployment processesProactively identify areas for improvement and recommend platform enhancementsPreferred Experience / Nice to HaveExperience with Salesforce Engagement cadencesFamiliarity with Agentforce and AI‑assisted service or sales workflowsHands‑on experience with Omni‑Channel and chat routing configurationExposure to B2B Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud conceptsExperience supporting or integrating with Marketing Cloud or Data CloudUnderstanding of how Salesforce supports end‑to‑end sales and service operationsRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting Sales and/or Service CloudStrong understanding of Salesforce automation and configuration tools, especially FlowAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities independentlyStrong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholdersDetail‑oriented with a focus on building scalable, maintainable solutionsWhat We’re Really Looking ForThis role is best suited for someone who:Takes initiative and ownership of their workCan interpret requirements and make thoughtful implementation decisionsCares about quality, clarity, and long‑term maintainabilityCertification RequirementsSalesforce Advanced Administrator certificationSalesforce Platform App Builder certificationWhy Join Edward MartinBe part of a high-impact CRM transformation using Salesforce’s most advanced tools.Collaborative and creative team culture with direct ownership of your projects.Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for certification reimbursement.Work in a fast-paced environment where design, technology, and data come together to elevate the customer journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr
