And if that’s you we would love to have you join us Role Summary This role will be responsible for providing analytical and technical support to our sales leaders and our Global Account managers. You will represent the Commercial Data COE as you collaborate with salespeople across all regions, improve the quality of our data, and implement efficient processes. Main responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all questions, requests, and projects relating to sales data for our Global Industry organization. Communicate technical information in a concise, efficient way to various levels of management (including regional account managers, sales directors, and vice presidents). Assist salespeople and executives in the adoption of new tools. Identify issues that could potentially impact data quality. Troubleshoot across multiple business systems to identify the root cause of issues. Preferred Skills & Experience Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Exceptional critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders from various regions and backgrounds. Ability to quickly adopt new technology & tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Experience providing customer‑driven support in a sales or IT environment. Experience with a variety of business systems and tools, including (but not limited to): Power BI SAP Microsoft Dynamics Profisee Anaplan Microsoft Access LI-RG01 LI-HYBRID #J-18808-Ljbffr
