Participating in an Alliance Abroad program provides individuals of all nationalities the opportunity to experience living and working in new countries, whilst gaining an in-depth and authentic exposure to its culture, people, and professional environments.The Direct Sales Enquiries Associate is responsible for monitoring all leads from direct sales inquiries. The associate will use their knowledge of the client and products to close sales.Managing the sales processMonitor inboxes and inquiries from marketing and web generated interesteffectively represents Alliance Abroad externallySupport the managerial team in general, when team members are absent, or strategically involved in projects or as business demands.Ability to represent Alliance Abroad with external clients both internally and externally, including helping to host our partners and host companies when visiting (as needed/ if available).Perform other related duties or complete special projects as assigned.Any additional tasks as needed by the Director of Sales & Business Development.Sales-driven and goal-focusedExperience: Minimum 2 years in sales, ideally in services, education, or international programsPlus: experience with international exchange agencies, internship programs, or academic mobility organizationsAdvanced English (spoken and written) + native SpanishComfortable using social media (META) for candidate outreach/engagementHubSpot knowledge (preferred)Monday to Friday
