SMT Equipment EngineerWe are looking for an SMT Equipment Support & Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of our SMT production lines. This role provides technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep operations running efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesPreventive and corrective maintenance on SMT equipment (pick‑and‑place, reflow ovens, SPI/AOI, screen printers).Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues to minimize downtime.Support production teams during setups, changeovers, and daily operations.Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement actions.Coordinate with vendors for repairs, spare parts, and technical support.RequirementsEngineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.Experience with SMT equipment (Yamaha, Panasonic, Juki, Fuji, ASM preferred).Strong troubleshooting skills in automation, sensors, motors, and PLC basics.Ability to read technical diagrams and follow maintenance standards.Preferred SkillsExperience in high‑volume electronics manufacturingKnowledge of IPC standardsFamiliarity with MES systemsFoxconn provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
