Business Operations TraineeOverviewFull Time | HybridAguascalientes, MXInnovate with Benchmark Digital as a Business Operations Trainee. Benchmark Gensuite enables companies to implement robust, cross-functional digital systems for EHS, Sustainability, and ESG Reporting through a unified platform. You will gain hands-on experience in business operations, analyze metrics, develop process guidance tools, and provide cross-functional support while collaborating with global teams on projects and initiatives. To succeed, you should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

If you are a recent graduate or early-career professional, we encourage you to apply. ResponsibilitiesAssist in analyzing operational metrics and dashboards and help prepare presentations. Support the development of tools and resources for process guidance. Provide operational support to various departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to implementing and optimizing processes. Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives. Assist in preparing and presenting weekly reports to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement. Ensure tasks and processes are completed in a timely manner and meet expectations through proactive oversight and follow-up.

EducationBachelor’s degree in business, logistics, administration, communications, or a related field.

Qualifications

& SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments and global teams. Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written). Organizational skills with great attention to detail. Critical thinking, analytics, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
