OverviewNuestro cliente, empresa consolidada en el sector de servicios tecnológicos, está en búsqueda de un Account Executive (Hunter B2B) con experiencia abriendo mercado en México. El reto es identificar, conectar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con empresas que requieren soluciones tecnológicas o equipos especializados de alto desempeño. Buscamos a alguien que combine visión comercial, mentalidad consultiva y disciplina para generar resultados sostenibles. La posición es presencial en Querétaro y ofrece una trayectoria de crecimiento real para quienes demuestren tracción y resultados. Responsibilities Prospectar y abrir nuevas cuentas B2B en México (empresas medianas y grandes). Investigar y conectar con decision makers en áreas de TI, operaciones o innovación. Detectar necesidades y transformarlas en propuestas de valor personalizadas. Conducir el ciclo completo de venta consultiva: prospectar → diagnosticar → proponer → negociar → cerrar. Coordinarse con equipos internos para garantizar la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente. Mantener un pipeline claro y forecast actualizado, reportando avances comerciales. Representar a la empresa con criterio, ética y visión de largo plazo. Requisitos 3 a 6 años de experiencia en ventas B2B de servicios tecnológicos, consultoría o nearshore. Experiencia demostrable abriendo nuevas cuentas (no solo gestionándolas). Capacidad de dialogar con directivos y generar confianza desde el primer contacto. Dominio de CRM y herramientas digitales de prospección. Perfil hunter: energía, autonomía, enfoque a resultados y pensamiento estratégico. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Inglés intermedio-alto deseable. Ofrecemos Sueldo base competitivo + comisiones y bonos por apertura de cuentas. Capacitación en metodologías modernas de venta consultiva.
