If so, let's start the conversation.Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Workforce Planning Analyst to join our Global Organizational Effectiveness team.In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and strategic headcount forecasting to ensure our organization has the right talent and skills to meet future business demands.You will join the Global Organizational Effectiveness team within the Human Resources function, a group of experts dedicated to strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and advanced data analytics to sustain a healthy, effective and “future-proofed” organization.What You’ll DoStrategic Workforce PlanningMaintain skills inventory to understand current capabilities of the workforceSupport Organization Effectiveness (OE) consultants, HRBPs and Finance planning partners to develop multi-year headcount forecastsProvide data driven recommendations on talent acquisition strategyProvide data driven recommendations on location strategyData & AnalyticsAct as the super user for our HR metrics dashboard in Looker StudioProvide regular insights to HRBPs and OE consultants, monitor trends and identify areas for improvementPerform deep-dive analysis using Workday reports, based on the “hot spot” areas identified in Looker Studio dashboardsCollaborate with people analytics team to ensure the ongoing maintenance of the dashboards in Looker Studio and its connection to the Workday data sourceSupport OE consultants in ad hoc analytics requestsTranslate data sets into “so-what” insights for HRBPs and business unit leadersCentral accountability to track the status and progress of hotspots and action items across all account teamsLook for process improvement opportunities including use of AI to improve and streamline the KPI tracking and reporting processOrganization DesignSupport OE consultants with org design work, including:Current state assessmentsFuture state org design - operating models, org structures, job descriptionsTalent and financials trackingImplementation planningProject managementLook for process improvement opportunities to automate and streamlineKeep templates and tools updated and continuously look to improve them based on external best practices and lessons learned from internal projectsWhat You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:Data analysis:Advanced use of Excel / Google sheets, including expertise in formulas and data manipulation. Experience using Workday and Looker studio is desiredExperience in analyzing and understanding HR related data and ability to turn data into actionable insightsSkilled in visual representation of data including strong presentation and formatting skillsWorkforce planning & organization design experience:Strong understanding of how org design feeds into long-term financial planningProven capability in demand forecasting and supply optimisation.
