Our method drives unmatched speed and engineering excellence: 95% of product assets are AI-generated — code, docs, infra, design Quality consistently outperforms traditional engineering teams Central product repository offers full project context for AI Prompt & rule libraries ensure enterprise-level scalability and security 2–3× faster delivery, without compromising excellence Your RoleAs an Coach Gen e-2 Tech, you will be at the forefront of AI-driven engineering and enablement, shaping both the future of enterprise architecture and AI knowledge adoption. You will lead multi-squad technical strategies, architect systems with AI-first principles, and drive transformation by training and coaching teams to adopt Gen-e2 and UX-as-Code methodologies. Technical Leadership & Architecture Define service boundaries and reference architectures aligned with SLOs, security policies, and cost-efficiency goals. Lead context engineering (functional and technical) across the product repository and maintain clarity through automated PR templates and documentation standards. Run risk/threat assessments and guide trade-offs across performance, privacy, sustainability, and security. Continuously improve KPIs around energy efficiency, cloud cost, and accessibility. Lead AI Mob sessions to refine prompts and generate shippable assets (code, infra, designs). Serve as a single point of contact for tech sponsors across business and product teams. Mentor engineers and facilitators, while embedding standards and templates across squads. Coaching & Change Enablement Design and facilitate Gen-e2 workshops (5–20 participants) and develop AI training content: guides, exercises, certifications. Train the trainer and coach key client roles (Tech Leads, Product Owners, Designers). Tailor AI adoption pathways for client organizations and manage change resistance. Track learning progress, impact KPIs, and training ROI. Contribute to Gen-e2 evolution with field feedback, new content, and thought leadership. Participate in pitches, proof-of-concepts, and ecosystem development (certifications, partnerships). Who You Are Proven experience designing and scaling secure, cloud-native or AI-first software architectures. 6+ years in software development and AI; 3+ years in training/coaching roles. Strong leadership in stakeholder alignment, technical enablement, and facilitation. Mastery of CI/CD, cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, and DevSecOps. Expertise in AI/ML: OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, prompt engineering. Familiar with UX-as-Code and design system thinking. Pedagogical design and facilitation experience (in-person, remote, async). Comfortable mentoring and guiding teams through change and new methodologies.
