Who You'll Work With In this full‑time hybrid role, you’ll join Bain’s Energy and Natural Resources (ENR CoE) team – 65+ professionals across sub‑sector specialties – within the Bain Capability Network. Despite currently based in India, the team is expanding into the Americas, including Mexico City. Your immediate collaboration will involve Bain’s Intersect SM product team and case teams across the Americas. Where You'll Fit Within the Team You’ll be part of the ENR CoE team in Mexico City, collaborating closely with Bain’s global case teams and practice areas to deliver advanced analysis and insights that help clients navigate the energy transition. This role specifically supports Bain’s Intersect SM team, which merges economic theory, industry expertise, and proprietary tools to generate consistent market scenarios and guide strategic client decisions. What You'll Do Support case delivery and client development within the Intersect SM product team Lead analytical workstreams under Project Leaders and occasionally manage full cases independently Collaborate with ENR and Intersect SM practice leaders on product development and deployment Coach and mentor Analysts, providing regular feedback Contribute to the development and optimization of energy models Drive client outcomes through thoughtful and rigorous analysis About You Post‑graduate degree with 2–5 years of consulting experience Excellent problem‑solving capabilities and strong team orientation Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure Proficiency in written and spoken English at C1–C2 level, with strong stakeholder communication skills Quantitative and qualitative analytical expertise; proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Alteryx Solid understanding of macroeconomics and the energy and natural resources sector is a plus Willingness to travel regionally within the Americas, if needed Job Details Seniority level: Not applicable Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Consulting Industries: Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
