Join to apply for the Brand Ambassador role at Bacardi Overview As the Local Trade Ambassador, you will be the leading expert on the brand and category, embodying and representing the brand image and values externally and internally. You will collaborate closely with local Sales and Marketing teams to increase awareness of our brand with key influencers (e.g., bartenders) in the On‑Trade channel. Your deep knowledge of the category, brands and Bacardi heritage, combined with strong communication and influence skills, will be key to your success. About You We’re looking for a professional who lives our values and demonstrates high learning agility, enabling growth to other roles across Bacardi. You will be expected to embody our Leadership Excellence framework. Responsibilities Represent the full portfolio of Bacardi Ltd brands in Mexico as the brand face in local channels. Shape the trade’s image of the brands, sharing brand stories and ensuring excellence, making them relevant in trade and on social media. Implement brand education and drink‑strategy training with the trade (and relevant consumers). Manage local implementation of advocacy engagement platforms such as cocktail competitions, trade community events, and advocacy events. Support the local sales team with brand & drink listings through bar consultancy and development of disruptive serves. Help set advocacy KPIs, measure them monthly, and create accurate KPI reports for Mexico. Amplify your brands and activities on your personal professional IG profile. Required Skills and Experience Bartending: Advanced cocktail‑making skills and the ability to demonstrate techniques to both advanced and novice audiences. Storytelling: Strong ability to take brand stories, simplify complex concepts, and make them relatable. Project Management: Efficiently manage time, activities, deliver commitments, and evaluate outcomes. Administrative: Manage advocacy responsibilities, daily planning, expenses, emails, and reporting. Industry Connection & Influence: Grow and maintain a network of industry relationships to identify trends and strengthen advocacy programming. Commercial: Understand basic commercial skills, create value propositions, consult with customers, and drive business forward.
