Brand Ambassador

As the Local Trade Ambassador, you will be the leading expert on the Brand and Category. You will embody and represent the brand image and values externally and internally. You will collaborate closely with the local Sales and Marketing teams to increase the awareness of our brand with key influencers (e.g. bartenders) in the On Trade channel. Your deep knowledge of the Category, Brands and the Bacardi heritage along with your ability to communicate and influence people will be key to your success in this role.For this position we are looking for an executive who is willing to live our values. Demonstrating high Learning Agility will be fundamental not only for success in this role, but also for potential growth to other roles across Bacardi in the future. We have a clearly defined Leadership Excellence framework, and you will be expected, as a member of the Bacardi team.ResponsibilitiesRepresent the full portfolio of Bacardi Ltd brands in Mexico as the different channels face of the brand locally.Shape the trade’s image of the brands sharing their brand stories, ensuring they are served with excellence, and making them relevant in the trade and on social media.Implement brand education and drink strategy training with the trade (and where relevant consumers).Manage the local implementation of advocacy engagement platforms such as cocktail competitions, trade community events and advocacy events.Support the local sales team with brand & drink listings via bar consultancy & the development of disruptive serves.Help to set Advocacy KPIs and measure these KPIs monthly, creating accurate KPI reports for Mexico.Amplify your brands and activities on your personal ‘professional’ IG profile.SkillsBartending Skills: Advanced cocktail making skills with experience creating your own craft-cocktail creations, as well as the ability to demonstrate cocktail making techniques to both advanced and novice audiences.Education Skills: Strong story-telling skills with the ability to take the brand stories and make them your own and relatable to different audiences. The ability to explain complicated production concepts in simple language.Project Management: The ability to manage your time, several different activity and deliver on your commitments in time and to a high-quality standard to your internal and external stakeholders.
