What You’ll Do Coordinate all aspects of the survey data collection process Document all steps of the process clearly and accurately Ensure quality at each step in the process, monitoring and reviewing carefully to identify challenges in survey design, data collection and data quality Communicate clearly and frequently to share updates, provide direction, and align stakeholders and partners Collaborate with internal teams and data collection vendors across Latin America and potentially other regions Who We Want Detail-driven organizers who maintain meticulous records that keep projects running smoothly Disciplined achievers who thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle multiple tasks effortlessly, and consistently deliver with precision and speed Commanding coordinators who take ownership of vendor relationships and confidently hold partners accountable to deadlines and standards Collaborative partners who build strong working relationships across cultures, time zones and personalities Curious professionals who are eager to learn and use modern technology platforms for survey administration Resourceful problem solvers who spot gaps, take accountability for discrepancies and work to resolve issues quickly What You Need At least five years of experience in survey research or a related multi-country context required Mastery of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word required Proficiency with statistical and data management software such as R or Python required Fluency in Spanish and English required; basic knowledge of Portuguese a plus A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Mexico City office at least three days a week required Eligibility to work in Mexico required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship What You’ll Experience Mission-driven work: Make a meaningful difference in the world with your unique contributions, commitment to service and exceptional outcomes.
