PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO Desarrollar gestionar y hacer crecer la cartera de clientes de Portos International en servicios de freight forwarding aéreo y marítimo asegurando generación constante de nuevos negocios retención de clientes estratégicos y crecimiento rentable de la operación. Este rol es clave para el crecimiento comercial de la empresa en CDMX y a nivel nacional. REPORTA A Director Comercial / CEO RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES Comerciales Prospectar desarrollar y cerrar nuevas cuentas de freight forwarding aéreo y marítimo. Gestionar y hacer crecer una cartera activa de clientes (indispensable). Detectar oportunidades de cross‑selling (marítimo aéreo terrestre servicios especiales). Elaborar cotizaciones competitivas y dar seguimiento hasta el cierre. Negociar tarifas con clientes y coordinar con operaciones para asegurar rentabilidad. Gestión de clientes Mantener relaciones de largo plazo con clientes clave. Dar seguimiento post‑venta y asegurar satisfacción del cliente. Ser el punto de contacto comercial entre cliente y operación. Apoyar en la resolución de incidencias comerciales. Estrategia y mercado Identificar tendencias del mercado, tarifas y movimientos de la competencia. Apoyar al equipo directivo con insights comerciales y oportunidades de expansión. Cumplir metas mensuales y trimestrales de venta y margen. Requisitos Experiencia 7 a 10 años en venta de servicios de freight forwarding. Experiencia sólida en aéreo y marítimo (indispensable). Cartera de clientes activa y comprobable. Experiencia vendiendo servicios internacionales (import / export). Conocimientos técnicos Incoterms. Procesos de importación y exportación. Cotización y estructura de costos en freight forwarding. Documentación básica: BL, AWB, manifiestos, etc. Idiomas Inglés avanzado / bilingüe (interacción con agentes internacionales). Español nativo. Habilidades Enfoque a resultados y cierre. Negociación avanzada. Autonomía y disciplina comercial. Orientación al cliente. Mentalidad de crecimiento y trabajo en equipo. Beneficios Sueldo base: $50,000 MXN mensuales. Comisiones altamente atractivas. Prestaciones de ley. Información adicional Tipo de empleo: Full Time. Vacantes: 1.
