As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you "Dare to Grow" with us? **Position**: Logistics Project Lead Join CEVA Logistics as a Logistics Project Lead and play a crucial role in enhancing our logistics operations within the Contract Logistics division. This position is based in Silao‑GTO and offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in supply chain management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading logistics programme projects, ensuring that all activities are coordinated effectively to achieve successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead logistics programme projects by coordinating activities and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets while adhering to strict project requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support efficient logistics operations. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics projects, proactively addressing issues as they arise. Facilitate communication among team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed on project status. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and project deliverables. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery.
