Your mission? To enhance capacity, productivity, and operational efficiency through cutting-edge technologies, strategic investments, and innovative layouts. Collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team, you’ll drive projects that redefine operational excellence and future-proof our supply chain.**Your key responsibilities will include**:- Infrastructure & Layout Projects:- Redesign and execute expansion, reconfiguration, and densification projects (e.g., hybrid staging cells).- Solve bottlenecks in staging, picking, returns, and shipping through layout optimization.- Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, including racks, conveyors, and automation spaces.- Technology & Automation Implementation:- Analyze automation opportunities (e.g., sorters, AGVs, shuttle systems, robotics).- Evaluate emerging technologies and lead integration projects with IT, Operations, and suppliers.- Advanced Analytics & Decision Models:- Build productivity simulations (layout scenarios, flows, and occupancy).- Develop data-driven analyses to assess project impacts (ROI, payback, added capacity).- Validate investments using financial and operational models.- Supplier & CapEx Management:- Select and negotiate with infrastructure, automation, and technology suppliers.- Manage high-value CapEx projects (≥ 20-50 MDP) with risk matrices and compliance contracts.- Cross-Functional Project Management:- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (Logistics, Engineering, IT, Finance, Safety, Quality).- Report project status and risks to site leadership.We Are Looking ForYou’re a visionary leader with a proven track record in logistics and supply chain transformation. You thrive on innovation, data-driven decision-making, and delivering results.- Education: Advanced degrees in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Innovation preferred. PMP/PMI certifications are a plus.- Experience: 10+ years in distribution center projects, including infrastructure and automation.
