Location: CDMX or Aguascalientes Work Modality: Hybrid Industry - Sector: IT Consulting Summary Role focused on leading cyber risk activities for client accounts, managing cybersecurity controls, and directing incident management and governance efforts in collaboration with Capgemini and client teams. What you’ll do Conduct Cyber Risk Assessments for all SOWs using the mandated Group Cybersecurity Risk template and share results with Group Cybersecurity. Ensure that the Group Cybersecurity Steppingstone connectivity model is used when connecting to the client environments. Provide security awareness training to all resources, including contractors, focusing on secure data handling and access credential management for source code repositories. Ensure contractors are reminded of security obligations during offboarding to prevent retention of client data or source code. Produce NDAs for resources accessing client environments and maintain a centralized record of signatories via the ACL. In collaboration with clients, create a security RACI to clarify responsibilities for security controls. Obtain the full spectrum of documented security requirements from the client at contract signature to integrate into work with the client. Maintain a risk register (reviewed regularly with the client) to document security risks, gaps, and mitigations where the client is the risk-owner. Manage security incident response processes (detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery) with timely stakeholder communication and continual improvement. What You’ll Bring 5-7 years in a related role, with overall 10+ years IT experience Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven track record in Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Certification or training in Cybersecurity (e.g., Lead Auditor, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, CISA/CISM/CRISC) Deep understanding of NIST / ISO 27001 frameworks Familiarity with statutory, regulatory, and data privacy requirements General knowledge across information systems technology, infrastructure, cloud and Gen AI Knowledge of industry best practices in Cybersecurity Demonstrated leadership and team development skills Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with groups and senior executives Self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, and empathy as core soft skills Soft Skills Work under pressure; quality-focused; results-oriented; ability to build strong relationships; effective communication; manage social interactions smoothly.
