Position Overview: You will remotely oversee and streamline property operations, managing tenant relations, lease agreements, and maintenance coordination to ensure smooth day‑to‑day management. As a Property Operations Manager, your strong customer service skills and familiarity with U.S‑based business practices will help maintain high standards across multiple properties. This role is ideal for someone with property management or real estate experience who excels at organization and problem‑solving. Key Responsibilities: Property Management: Handle tenant relations, lease agreements, property inspections, and maintenance coordination. Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and address tenant inquiries and issues promptly. Organization: Manage multiple properties and tasks effectively, ensuring all operations run smoothly. Cultural Awareness: Apply knowledge of U.S business practices and standards in property management. Qualifications: Experience: Property management experience is preferred, but real estate experience is acceptable. Skills: Advanced English proficiency, excellent customer service, strong problem‑solving abilities, and organizational skills. Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with U.S business practices and property management standards. Nice‑to‑Haves: Background in Business Administration or Real Estate Management. Previous experience managing properties or real estate tasks. Strong understanding of U.S property management standards and client relationship management.
