Buscamos un Analista de Datos Junior con atención al detalle y curiosidad analítica para apoyar en la recolección, limpieza y análisis de datos en operaciones digitales, de marketing y contenido. Este rol asistirá en la creación de dashboards, reportes e insights que guíen decisiones estratégicas y optimicen el desempeño de la plataforma. Responsabilidades Clave Apoyar en la recolección y validación de datos provenientes de múltiples fuentes (servidores de anuncios, CRM, plataformas analíticas). Limpiar, procesar y organizar grandes volúmenes de datos para análisis. Crear y mantener dashboards y reportes de desempeño recurrentes. Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para proporcionar insights sobre KPIs y tendencias. Identificar problemas de calidad de datos y proponer mejoras. Apoyar en análisis ad-hoc para respaldar áreas de marketing, ventas y operaciones. Requisitos Licenciatura en Ciencia de Datos, Estadística, Economía o campo relacionado. 1–2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos o generación de reportes (se consideran prácticas profesionales). Dominio de Excel/Google Sheets y conocimientos básicos de SQL. Familiaridad con herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau o Google Data Studio). Mentalidad analítica, atención al detalle y capacidad para aprender rápidamente. Habilidades de comunicación efectivas y proactividad. Deseable Conocimientos de Python o R para manipulación de datos. Experiencia en medios digitales, publicidad o análisis de streaming. Conocimiento de KPIs como CPM, MAU, conversión y retención.
