Sourcing Recruiter, Mexico Talent Acquisition

As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics. Key job responsibilities Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long‑range growth, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fit within Amazon’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. Lead and/or participate in cross‑business/cross‑company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree required 3+ year of corporate and or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting. 3+ year of experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools. 3+ year of experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. Fluent Spanish and Advanced English skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication skills, organizational and client management skills. Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies.
