Propósito del Rol Asegurar la operación eficiente, segura y con alto nivel de servicio de los almacenes de producto terminado, materiales industriales y depósito fiscal, garantizando la trazabilidad del inventario, la ejecución efectiva de procesos de inbound y outbound, y el desarrollo del equipo operativo sindicalizado. Este rol es clave para mantener un desempeño logístico que respalde la distribución nacional, exportaciones y operaciones con maquiladores (copackers), alineado con los estándares de Bacardí y la satisfacción del cliente. Responsabilidades Principales Coordinar las operaciones de los almacenes de producto terminado, materiales industriales (tapas, etiquetas, botellas, cartón) y depósito fiscal. Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento eficiente de procesos de recepción (inbound) y despacho (outbound) para distribución nacional, exportaciones y copackers. Garantizar la exactitud del inventario y su trazabilidad en todos los almacenes, minimizando diferencias y pérdidas. Liderar y motivar al equipo sindicalizado (aprox. 40 personas), promoviendo el cumplimiento disciplinario, la seguridad y el desarrollo profesional. Colaborar con Recursos Humanos para la capacitación continua, desarrollo de habilidades y clima laboral. Trabajar de forma transversal con Finanzas para el control presupuestal del área y la identificación de oportunidades de ahorro operativo. Asegurar la ejecución de planes de mejora continua, eficiencia operativa y estándares de seguridad. Coordinar con Customer Service y Distribución para garantizar niveles de servicio superiores al 98%. Perfil Requerido Educación Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín. Experiencia Mínimo 5 años en operaciones de almacenes y logística. Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos sindicalizados. Deseable experiencia en plantas de consumo masivo o bebidas. Conocimientos Técnicos Gestión de almacenes y cadena de suministro. SAP (WM/MM), Excel avanzado, sistemas WMS. Legislación y operación de almacén en depósito fiscal (deseable). Habilidades Liderazgo y manejo de personal operativo.
