Are you passionate about health, safety, and environmental excellence in fast-paced, high-impact environments? We are seeking a EHS Engineer with proven experience in the manufacture industry to lead safety programs, drive compliance, and foster a culture of well-being across our manufacturing facility Responsabilities: Participate in daily meetings with production supervisors and discuss recent incidents or safety concerns. Coaching teams at all levels to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal HSE standards Monitoring safety metrics and maintaining EHS systems and documentation Leading internal audits and risk assessments to uncover hazards and implement controls Overseeing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance and driving ongoing improvements Managing safety incidents, investigations, corrective actions, and reporting processes Conduct plant walkthroughs to verify safety conditions and promote a zero-harm culture among workers. Develop safety programs that ensure compliance with company and legal requirements, including daily KPI verification. Follow up on root cause analysis and risk assessments, ensuring legal EHS compliance. Prepare safety trend reports for EHS management and remain flexible to respond to emergencies or urgent safety issues at any time Qualifications. Bachelor degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated HSE role Strong knowledge of federal and state EHS regulations and practices Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation techniques Effective communication skills and confidence leading safety trainings Identify and ensure compliance with applicable national and international EHS legal requirements. Ensure that the maintenance program for machinery is defined, implemented, and followed. Coordinate the Safety Program and provide technical support for related activities. Implement process changes from a Safety perspective. Send resume in English. Salary: $35,000 MX. Availability to work in Irapuato, Guanajuato.
