About UsAt NAPS, we have over 30 years of experience helping international companies successfully operate in Mexico.We manage operations across industrial, services, and technology sectors, offering stability, growth, and a multicultural environment.About the RoleWe are looking for a bilingual Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for our clients.This position plays a key role in maintaining adherence to municipal, state, and federal legislation, while providing support during audits and inspections.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering.2-3 years of experience as EHS Engineer.Strong knowledge of regulatory procedures and compliance.Advanced English proficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.Lead and coordinate the Safety & Hygiene Commission.Manage permits and procedures with authorities such as STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, CONAGUA, Civil Protection, and local/state agencies.Oversee hazardous and non-hazardous waste control as well as contingency plans.Provide support during government audits and inspections.Join our team and make an impact by ensuringsafe, sustainable, and compliant operations for world-class companies in Mexico#J-*****-Ljbffr
