Location: Remote (Must reside in Mexico) Employment Type: Full-Time Language Requirement: Advanced English and Spanish About the Role We are seeking a proactive and culturally attuned Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist in León, GTO to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Mexico-based teams. This role goes beyond coordination, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for US mortgage support and administrative roles, ensuring a seamless candidate journey in both English and Spanish. You will act as the main point of contact for hiring managers in the U.S. and candidates in Mexico, bridging communication gaps and aligning recruitment efforts with company goals. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in León and other Mexican regions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Communicate fluently and professionally with U.S.-based hiring managers and Mexico-based candidates in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Develop and maintain recruitment channels specific to Mexico (job boards, local networks, universities). Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (U.S. CST/EST and Mexico CST). Ensure all hiring documentation and background checks comply with Mexican labor law and company policies. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular reporting to leadership. Support new hire onboarding with a focus on local compliance and integration. Promote employer branding within the León region to attract top talent. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (advanced professional proficiency required). Must be based in or near León, GTO (relocation not offered for this role). 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in mortgage, financial services, or BPO/remote staffing. Knowledge of Mexican labor regulations and hiring practices. Experience with ATS platforms (Bizneo, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar). Strong organizational skills with ability to manage 8 to 10 open roles simultaneously. High level of discretion with confidential information.
