SOC Engineer

En Scanntech nos encontramos en la busqueda de un talentoso SOC Engineer para sumarse al equipo de operaciones y monitoreo, brindando soporte en la supervisión continua de la infraestructura tecnológica, la detección temprana de incidentes y la correcta ejecución de procedimientos operativos.Trabajará bajo la guía de perfiles senior y referentes técnicos, participando activamente en proyectos de mejora, automatización e integración de nuevas herramientas.Ejecutar tareas de monitoreo utilizando herramientas como Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus y Nagios.Gestionar alertas y eventos, escalando según procedimientos definidos mediante herramientas como PagerDuty.Colaborar en la configuración de dashboards, vistas y métricas de servicios críticos.Participar en la documentación y mejora de procesos operativos.Brindar soporte básico en la administración de sistemas Linux y realizar tareas de troubleshooting inicial.Realizar análisis preliminar de logs y métricas, apoyándose en herramientas como ElasticSearch.Ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en entornos tecnológicos avanzados.Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.Atención al detalle y actitud proactiva para resolver problemas.Capacidad para seguir procedimientos con rigurosidad.Curiosidad por nuevas herramientas, tecnologías y automatización.Excelente Clima Organizacional: estamos entre las mejores GPTW, entre las mejores para trabajar para Millennials y entre las mejores para trabajar para Mujeres.Capacitaciones internas (Universidad Scanntech).Capacitación en idiomas (inglés y portugués) 100% gratis para colaboradores y dentro del horario laboral.Integración de equipos de trabajo con personas de diversos países.Días por estudio desde el ingreso y más que lo previsto por ley.Part of day para cumpleaños.Somos una empresa con más de 30 años en el mercado, más de mil colaboradores, presente en diversos países de América Latina.
